par99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the par99 platform, including the website at par99.app and the par99 mobile application available for Android and iOS. They apply to all users regardless of how you access the platform or which services you use — sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, or any combination of these.

By creating an account on par99 you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. par99 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been submitted.

2. Eligibility

To register and use par99, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an active par99 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or had your account closed by par99 for a breach of these terms.
• Participation must be for personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting agency or reselling wagering capacity, is not permitted.

3. Your Account

When you register for a par99 account, you are responsible for providing accurate personal details including your name, date of birth and valid contact information. par99 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify this information, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. par99 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have allowed your credentials to be compromised.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact par99 support immediately. We will take appropriate action to secure the account.

• Account registration is free. par99 does not charge fees to create or maintain a standard account.
• Each user may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at par99's discretion.
• Account balances are denominated in PKR and are non-transferable between accounts.
• par99 reserves the right to apply verification holds on accounts before processing withdrawals.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at par99's discretion, following notification to the registered contact details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on par99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit cards. The specific payment methods available to you at any time may vary and will be displayed in your account's payment section.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your par99 account are available for betting and gaming activity once the payment has been confirmed. par99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank if you are unsure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. par99 may request documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC or proof of payment method ownership — before processing a withdrawal. Verification is a one-time requirement for most users unless circumstances change. Processing times vary by payment method and will be communicated during the withdrawal process.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• par99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, chargebacks or terms violations are suspected.
• PKR exchange rates and bank fees are outside par99's control and are the user's responsibility.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

par99 offers sports betting, slot games, live casino and fish shooting games. Each category operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. The general principles below apply across all product types.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and will not change. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment of submission — delays in internet connectivity can affect the odds you receive, and par99 cannot be held responsible for network latency on your end.

• Cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series are covered with pre-match and live in-play options.
• Football, esports and other sports are available subject to scheduling and market availability.
• par99 reserves the right to void bets where a market was offered in error, where an obvious pricing mistake was made, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Accumulator bets are subject to all individual selection rules. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and will be shown at the time of bet placement.

Slots and Casino Games: All slot titles and casino games on par99 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and apply over statistically significant volumes of play — short-term outcomes will vary. par99 does not modify RTP values.

Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Connection quality affects your experience but does not affect game outcomes. If a live session is disconnected mid-hand or mid-spin, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record and settled accordingly.

Fish Games: Fish shooting game outcomes are determined by the game server. Multiplier values and boss round mechanics are defined within each game title and are outside par99's control once a game session has commenced.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. A new account bonus is available once per person, device and household. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free bets expire if not used within the period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on par99. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

2. Opening more than one account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of bonus abuse.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
4. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
5. Any activity that constitutes or facilitates match fixing, spot fixing or corruption of sporting events.
6. Systematic arbitrage or hedging strategies used specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine betting purposes.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise compromise the par99 platform, its servers or its users' data.
8. Using the par99 platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with funds derived from illegal activity.
9. Allowing a third party to use your account or using a third party's account for any reason.
10. Harassing, threatening or abusing par99 staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

par99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include verified breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback disputes, failure to complete verification, or inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

You may also choose to close your own par99 account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a positive PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure and you have met all verification requirements, the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard processing procedures.

• Suspended accounts cannot place bets or make deposits or withdrawals until the suspension is lifted.
• par99 will communicate the reason for suspension where it is possible to do so without compromising a fraud investigation.
• Account closure requests submitted by self-excluding users are permanent for the duration of the self-exclusion period and cannot be reversed early.

9. Limitation of Liability

par99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We aim to maintain continuous uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, par99 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by your internet connection, your device, or third-party infrastructure.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that were caused by a third-party data feed or game provider, provided par99 takes reasonable steps to correct known errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these terms limits par99's liability for fraud or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

• par99 may use anonymised and aggregated data for internal analysis and platform improvement.

11. Responsible Gaming
