Creating an account on par99 is straightforward and takes under two minutes. Visit the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit immediately. On the login screen, tap the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the mobile number registered to your account and par99 will send an OTP to that number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity, then set a new password. The whole process takes less than two minutes. par99 temporarily locks accounts after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure to protect your PKR balance. The lock lifts automatically after a short waiting period. If you are in a hurry, contact live chat support to request a manual unlock. To avoid this in future, use the "Forgot password?" flow rather than repeatedly guessing your credentials.

Yes. Go to Account Settings after logging in, select "Update Mobile Number", enter your new Pakistani +92 number and verify it with an OTP. Keep your registered number current — it is used for OTP login, password recovery and transaction security. If you have already lost access to the old number, contact support with your account details and they will guide you through the verification process.

No. par99 allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is against the Terms and Conditions and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any winnings from them being forfeited. If you think you accidentally created a duplicate, contact support straight away to sort it out before it becomes an issue.

Refunds for voided bets typically appear within a few hours.
